For language schools
A language school without the paperwork.
Enrollment, placement, classes, exams, tuition and a student app. The director sees where every class stands and how far every student has come.

Who it is for
- Language schools with several branches
- Teachers running their own online classes
- Institutes preparing students for IELTS and TOEFL
What is inside
Open each group.
Students
- Enrollment and placementStudents enroll from the phone, take the placement test right there and see a suggested level with open classes; the front desk only confirms.
- In-person and online classesEvery class has a term, a teacher, a weekly schedule and a room or link; MetaLingo catches room and teacher clashes before saving and delivers the online session link to students itself.
- AttendanceThe teacher opens the roster in class and marks present or absent with one tap; an absence of a student under 18 is texted to the family at that moment.
- Student portal and mobile appStudents get an installable app: next class with link, homework with voice recording, report card, next instalment and teacher messages; the week's schedule shows even offline.
Exams and teachers
- Exams and markingExams are built from a question bank with a blueprint, objective sections are marked automatically and writing is marked against a rubric, and the report card with a score per skill goes to the student portal.
- Teachers and mentorsA teacher has today's classes, the roster, unmarked homework and this month's teaching hours on one page; a mentor has the progress of the students they follow.
Money
- Tuition and accountingTuition per class is defined once; instalments, discounts, gateway payments and receipts post themselves to the ledger, and the front desk sees each morning who has an overdue instalment.
- BookshopEach class's book is known in advance; when a student enrolls, the term book lands in their basket, stock goes down and the sale posts to the tuition ledger and accounting.
Recruiting and contact
- Front desk and call centerAn incoming call opens the student or prospect file; the front desk logs the outcome with a chip and keeps today's follow-ups with promised times in one queue.
- Marketing and CRMEvery prospect from the website, a call or a referral becomes a lead with a source; the term-start SMS campaign goes to those it fits, and a student who did not re-enroll joins the win-back queue.
- Website and blogThe school website is filled from the same system: courses, term timetable, teachers and blog, all with proper titles and schema so search engines and AI assistants can quote it.
Students see everything on a phone.
Class schedule, homework, marks and the teacher's messages. Parents too, with one link and nothing to install.

Questions we hear a lot
Does Ravida Systems run a language school?
No. We are a software company. Language schools and teachers use MetaLingo to run their own classes and students; we hold no classes.
Can the AI score be trusted?
As a draft, yes. The final mark always belongs to the teacher, and speaking is never fully automated.

How this page was made
There are no website or product screenshots here. Each module was rebuilt in code as a small, touchable recreation with sample data. The films at the top of the pages are illustrations drawn frame by frame in code; the only real recording is the Ravidair EFB on a pilot's own device. Nothing was generated by AI and no figure comes without a date.
12 modules, each with an interactive recreation built in code, not a screenshot; the film at the top is an illustration drawn in code. Last updated 2026-10-30.
