On the phone
The employee opens Requests from the bottom tab bar, picks the leave dates from a Persian calendar, and the manager gets a notification at once. The payslip lives in the same app.

Questions we hear a lot
Is payroll calculated under Iranian labour law?
Base pay, overtime and insurance shares use the coefficients the finance manager enters each year. Ravida never guesses them.
Can employees see their own payslip?
Yes. Each employee sees monthly payslips, leave balance and request status in their own panel.
