In-person and online class management: terms, sessions, links and rooms

Every class has a term, a teacher, a weekly schedule and a room or link; MetaLingo catches room and teacher clashes before saving and delivers the online session link to students itself.

The MetaLingo in-person and online classes module is the school's timetable: terms and classes with level, book, teacher, capacity and weekly schedule, a physical room or online session link, room and teacher clash control, the public holiday calendar, make-up sessions, and each class roster with tuition status.

What is inside

On the phone

The student sees the next class with time, room or a Join button on the first card; the teacher taps once to reach that session's attendance.

Questions we hear a lot

Which service hosts the online session?

Any service the school chooses; the link sits on the class card and is sent by SMS before start.

Are public holidays handled automatically?

Yes. The official calendar is in the system and a session that lands on a holiday gets a make-up suggestion.
