Open time and flight bidding for crew
Flights left uncrewed after the roster is published go out as open time; eligible crew bid and the planner assigns with one tap.
The Ravidair open time and bids module manages uncrewed flights: open-time publication with notifications to eligible crew, bids from the phone, prioritisation by the airline's rule (seniority, fewer hours), FTL checks, and one-tap assignment applied to the roster.

Questions we hear a lot
Who gets priority?
The airline sets the rule: seniority, fewest hours this month or bid order. The rule is printed on the open-time page so everyone sees it.
What if nobody bids?
The planner sees the eligible crew and assigns manually; the system never suggests anyone who would exceed a legal limit.
