On the phone
The storekeeper scans the barcode with the phone camera; quantities use a stepper, not the keyboard. A goods issue is a bottom sheet with one big confirm button.

Questions we hear a lot
Does the online store read the same stock?
Yes. The store and in-person invoices deduct from one warehouse, so an item that sold out is sold out online too.
How is a stock count done?
Counts are entered by phone and barcode, the system shows the variance against book stock and the manager's approval posts the adjustment.
