Agency contracts, quotes and invoices from one template
Each applicant's contract is built from the agency's template with its own clauses; the quote, invoice and receipt come from that contract and the balance always equals the applicant's wallet.
The UniMetric contracts, quotes and invoices module is the financial cycle of every case: a contract template with the agency's clauses and placeholders filled from the case, digital signature or print with page numbers, a quote with service items, an official invoice, instalment payments, and a balance synced with the applicant wallet.

Questions we hear a lot
Where do refund terms come from?
Only from the agency's own contract clauses. UniMetric has no default refund term and adds nothing to the contract.
What is the page-count check for?
Contract sheets carry «page N of M» and the signed copy must have the same M pages; the consultant confirms the signatures so no page goes missing.
