Business automation: when this happens, do that
Ravida automation builds if-then rules without code: if an invoice is unpaid, send a reminder SMS; if a lead sits three days with no reply, create a task for the manager.
The Ravida automation module is a no-code rules engine for the business: an event (invoice, lead, appointment, stock), a condition (amount, time, tag) and an action (SMS, task, notification, stage change), with a run history and a manual off switch.

On the phone
On the phone a rule reads as three chips: event, condition, action. Each rule's on/off is a toggle switch.

Questions we hear a lot
What if a rule misfires?
The run history shows what was sent and one switch turns the rule off. Financial actions are never automatic; only suggestions and reminders.
How many rules can I create?
No limit on count; the limit is that each rule needs one explicit event so it cannot loop.
